When will a particular item be back in stock?

Our website is automatically updated every hour with the latest stock information. But occasionally certain styles of skate or accessories can sell out due to popularity. When this happens, you can put yourself on the list to get notified of when they come back in stock by either phone or email.

Does Impala offer free returns?

As long as your item isn’t worn and the packaging is still intact, you can send your item back for an Exchange or Refund without charge from within Australia within 4 weeks of purchase. For international orders, we still accept returns and exchanges, but postage is at the expense of the buyer.
